Jabar Bains
To Whom It May Concern:
Jabar is a student teacher with an engaging personality who was well liked by the kindergarten students in my Full Day Kindergarten classroom. He was always proactive when dealing with the students individually and in the group setting. Jabar and I were in continuous dialogue concerning the planning for the students. He was open to suggestions from me and shared insightful ideas with me as well. Jabar is easy to work with and was eager to be part of the FDK team. His lessons reflected planning using the FDK document and other related resources. Jabar used a variety of methods to teach concepts such as using open investigation in our Rock Inquiry for science.
The children enjoyed his time with us. Jabar demonstrated a positive attitude throughout the term and clearly enjoys working with children. He actively interacts with the children in their games and often he would introduce new strategies and games to them like Freeze Dance. I would recommend Jabar for a teaching position in any setting as he is flexible and anxious to learn new ideas and how to adapt them to any environment.
Yours sincerely,

To whom it may concern;
Jabar is a very organized and motivated student teacher with great leadership skills. Jabar has worked under my supervision for the past 2 years in youth football development and numerous other leadership programs at Thistletown CI. Jabar strong work ethic and character allows him to reach his potential both on the field and off.
Jabars great communication skills have helped him handle situations in which he is teaching younger students. Always using professional language, Jabar uses many different communication styles; including verbal, demonstration and visuals to enhance students ability to understand. Having a strong relationship with students and teachers in the school has helped Jabar further develop his leadership skills.
Jabar takes a strong interest in everything that he does. Jabars great time management skills allow him to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Lastly, Jabar is a great team player. As a captain on the football team, he built a strong foundation within the players and he works really well in group situations, always putting the team first.
I have no doubt in my mine that Jabar will be a great teacher.
